When it comes to Bible, dunamis distinctly describes the power of God. ... God gave them this power to live devotional, pure and holy life. In other words, when people give Lord their lives, He change their hearts, minds, goals and dreams.
POWER
Dunamis is an act of power – miraculous power, absolute power. It is power in action. It is the root word of our English words dynamite, dynamo and dynamic. This Dunamis power was given on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came upon those waiting in the upper room.
